HP-LC2000
I want to change OS on the HP-LC2000 from WINNT4.0 Server to W2k3 Server. Ist it without Problem or...?

Sok,
Server 2003 is not tested or supported on any of the retired netserver line. See the NOS support matrix http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=tis00993&locale=en_US&taskId=135&prodSeriesId=50440&prodTypeId=15351
If you need a supported configuration, install Server 2000. Otherwise you can try to run native 2003 drivers, but the results are not guaranteed.
Also it would be recommended to do a fresh install of the new OS instead of performing an upgrade.

It is also recommendded to update your bios and firmware on controllers (if any red controller) from teh following link
