HP LHII boot error...

I am getting a 'hardware malfunction..NMI EISA IOCHKERR Board F...the system has halted'
I removed all cards except the raid card..reran the latest EISA config...was trying to install NT 4.0 on this machine but can't get it to boot now...

Do the BIOS rev and the EISA config utility version match? Also, try clearing the cmos, then boot to EISA config utility, and save and exit and try again.
