HP NetServer E60 Processors?

What processor(s) can I install into a NetServer E60? Currently it's got a Pentium II 450 MHz in it, and I'd like to shop around on eBay for an upgrade. What's the highest I can take this server?

Thanks!

PIII-550 is the fastest.

The highest speed shipped was the PIII 650Mghz, however, you can install up to a PIII 700Mghz in the E60.

Re: HP NetServer E60 Processors?

I am a former employee of the netserver engineering department of Celestica of TN. I was so used to working with the HP netservers, that after I left, I picked up a used unit from a company that bought a bunch of scrap units when the company closed it's doors.
My e60 D9125T's motherboard states that it can handle a PII 400 & 450 or a PIII 500, 550 & 600mhz.

Also, the following link shows e60's processors rated the same.

The PIII Katmai processors only went up to 600mhz. I could be wrong, but have never heard of a Katmai that was larger... it was replaced with the PIII Xeon. I was told the Xeon will not work in these units.

The slowest is a PII-400.
