The message you are getting about the BIOS Not Installed is not for the CMOS, it is the SCSI Controller telling you that there are no bootable SCSI Devices installed. It is not actually an error, just an informational message.
The BIOS Setup for this server is called the EISA Configuration Utility or ECU for short. You can create a bootable floppy disk which will allow you to configure it by downloading the setup file found here:

If you do have a NetRAID remember to confirgure and initalize the array before starting installl. This can be done by pressing ctrl-m on boot after card banners.

You should configure your netraid through following steps..
Boot from the navigator CD & You will get menu for array configuration. After configure you have to go through installation menu. before starting the installation, you need to create driver disks through drivers menu for your attached hardwares (raid card, lan, vga, scsi etc..)
Then select O S installation menu & select the appropriate O S.
