HP Netserver LH Pro - Disk Drives

We got an alert from HP server saying Hot Swap:Temperature Warning and upon checking the drives which are RAID 5 total 6 drives, it looks that

Drive 2 - Is showing Yellow status
Drive 1 & 3 - Showing Red status
4,5,6 - Showing Green status

Is there some indication that the drive is failing for 1,2 and 3.

The exact trap received in NNM is

Hot Swap Cage: Warning Temperature exceeded.

usualy the leds are lighted by agents running on the server, these messages are send as trap but you can also see this errors in the event logs hardware,.
you can acces to the event log hardware througt the cd-navigator>netserver utilities>other utilities>event viewer,
or installing instant top toolsunder windows.
tale in mind that the leds can also indicate hdd problem, so the better thing is to analise the haerware event log.
note that a hight temperature message is a warning that can be cleared but a hdd failure will remain.
