HP Netserver LX Pro + BIOS Flash

I have downloaded the LXBIOS.EXE from HP but they have no instructions. I am sure there is a set process in updating the BIOS but I don't know what. Can any one assist?

Yes,

Just run the executable on a PC, insert a floppy in it. It will create a bootable diskette. Put the diskette in your server and boot from it, follow the instructions on the screen.
