Do you have a very old navigator CD? "HP NetServer models LS, LH and select LCs contain the PowerWise Assistant software integrated with the NetServer Navigator."
Also support for powerwise was for NT only and not Win95/98
You can find more information here as HP turned over support on UPS systems many years ago. http://www.tanj.com/powerwise/

You can get PWA on Navigator CD for retired netservers version S.02.05 navigator CD that actually comes with newer netserver navigators. IF you don't have a navigator then post your e-mail and I can send you the file.
The file is too large to post here.
