MY CUSTOMER WANTS ME TO INSTALL AN IOMEGA ZIP
250 IDE INTO THIS TC4100 BEHIND THE CDROM DRIVE, IT IS NOT RECOGNIZED IN
THE BIOS

Have you tried the Zip Drive without the CD-ROM cabled up to see if that changes your results?
