LC II memory error

I've recently been having trouble with an LC II running netware 4. I ran the diagnostic assistant and upon running the memory test it immediately produces the following error message...

00F0
8249 INTERRUPT CONTROLLER TEST ERROR

Is this actually the memory or possibly the processor card? It just doesn't look like a traditional memory error message?
