You could be at risk with your data but most likely you'll be able to get back to it. NVRam and Disk mismatch are commonly caused by power interruptions.
Go to Ctrl-M->Configure->View/Add/Delete and view both the disk config and NVram config without saving them. Compare the two and then save the appropriate one.. If one view shows all hdds' failed and the other view shows all online then save the all online and then reboot--> that will most likely have been a power related issue.. If on the other hand you find one with all online and the other one with a mix of online and failed choose the one with failed hdds and attempt a rebuild..

Did I miss a step? I am afraid I don't see option for viewing the NVRAM.
