Lh3 boot & hd problem

I have an HP Netserver LH 3 that is running nt4, has 3-9 gig SCSI drives running Raid 5.
It's quite old, but glorious..
After the bios upgrade I got same problem:

1. I have to try several, but several times, after the machine reboot, usually, but not always, after that I remove the power cords.

2. One hd after the boot, get fault, if I
replaced the drives it works, but after a boot it's always faulty.

I would look to the controller, but it could be that it is see a faulty report of upcoming failure. Try reseating all the cables, including the power. Or it could be the connector in the backplane for that shelf.

I am not clear what the problem is. Is this a problem with getting the server to reboot? What is the fault ("get fault")?

I've done a perfect boot of the server, and the disk that usally get failed, it run.
so
I think that the problem is the disk.
If I boot the server and the disk get failed (phisical drive is changed to failed), the boot is very difficult.
It's not a bios problem.

You can try flashing the HDD firmware, but the hard drive has probably just failed. The Netserver hard drive firmware update CD image is here:
