LH3 upgrade options

We have 5 LH3 servers and we are interested in upgrading to use faster processors. What is the fastest processor we can use? Is it possible to replace the motherboard with something that supports newer CPUs?

The fastest processor available for the LH 3 is a PIII-600MHz. There is an upgrade for the LH 3 to upgrade it to and LH 4, which supports up to 4 PIII Xeon 550MHz processors. This is no longer orderable from HP, try calling parts direct at 800-227-8164.

Hi

When you upgrade your LH3 netservers, could I buy, beg or borrow on of your Navigator CD's for my LH3 as the one supplied for my server was for an E60 server that just does not work. Hence I have an LH3 that cannot be configured. Your assitance would be greatly appreciated. Email: je.rogers@ntlworld.com
