first thing is to see which is your configuration, have tries to perform a clear cmos and a reset managment?
did you have some error at post? what about your raid? is it failed? check the boot device priority? how this problem accur? after which kind of operation, hardware or software? have you tried to boot with a Fault tolleerance floppy disk?, have you performed a concistency check? take a look in the hardware event log.
these are somes general informations,
