LH4
Have a "previously owned" LH4 that gives 2-3 errors on startup
"PCI System ERROR on Bus/Device/Function 0090h)
"PCI System ERROR on Bus/Device/Function 0218h)
It then gets to the RAID adapter BIOS, which scans for the drives. It reports 1 logical drive found and gives the message: "Unresolved config mismatch between disks and NVRAM".
Then it displays the "Press CTRL-M ..." prompt and proceeds to hang there no matter what. Has 6 hot swap-drives, 4 processors.
Any ideas?

Re: LH4
Al,
What kind of raid adapter do you have, or is it the onboard netraid? When CTRL-M comes up, can you press that key combo to get into the netraid configuration setup? The message is stating that the netraid configuration isn't matching what is specified on the drives.
If you can get into the setup via CTRL-M, is there a Configure menu? From that menu select "view/add configuration", and use that setting to view the NVRAM's configuration and the configuration stored on the drive(s). You should be able to resolve that problem by selecting one of the configurations.
As for your PCI errors, what pci cards are in the system? On my LH4, when I added a particular network card I got similar errors that were resolved only by moving one of the cards adjacent to it. If I remember correctly, the network card was causing a problem with an adaptec 2940. I moved the card to another slot and that fixed the problem for me.
Also, if you haven't already, check the BIOS to make sure there aren't any resource conflicts.

Re: LH4
I got past the boot-up problem - I can now get into the RAID config software. Still getting those errors at the start. Iwas just about to pull all the PCI cards and test, which is along the lines you are suggesting. Thanks for the advice.
