LH6000R BOOT PROBLEM
My LH6000R is not starting up, no post.
Some of the LEDs on the PC board (D9143-69003 which all cpu, vrm,fan are located) are ON and some are OFF in certain sequence.
My question is where can I find the information to explain the sequence, as I could't find anything in the serice manual.
Or, does anyone know what does it mean when DS5 DS10 DS12 are ON ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: LH6000R BOOT PROBLEM
Did you had a look, into the log viewable on the front panel.
Or connect a Notebook/PC to the managment port. The Management Processor should know what is not working.
The LH6000 has a good status display. Nearly anything is displayed.

Re: LH6000R BOOT PROBLEM
many things can cause a hang at POST, but the Power Supply or a bad device or connection to a device are the usual suspects.
Try removing all of the memory, CPUs and cards and see if there is a POST or Beep error. Replace just one CPU and one set of memory. Now see if it POSTs. If so then replace them one at a time. If one is bad then POST will not complete, if it was simply a bad connection, you will get everything back in and a POST.
