Loading E60 with Windows NT
I am having a problem loading
Windows NT on a Netserver E60
I am using the navigator disk
everything goes fine until
I get a Blue screen
Inaccessible_boot_device
I am not using the on-board disk controller. I am using an adaptec 131U2 I load the drivers from adaptec no problem. What is frustrating
is this use to have NT on the
box previously and now I cannot get it back on there.
Any help would be great.

Re: Loading E60 with Windows NT
Burt,
Since you are not using an HP controller then the navigator install won't work. Load NT 4.0 with the 3 diskette method, skip detection at the end of disk 2 and load the driver for your adaptec and load the ide cdrom atapi driver and that should do it for you.
Good luck,
Greg

Re: Loading E60 with Windows NT
Greg Thank you for replying.
I was able to get it loaded.
I had to hit F6 while NT was scanning the system. Once I did this I then could specify additional drivers. I included the 131U2 driver and all was good.
Thanks again.
Burt
