Re: LP 2000r
Call HP immediately!!!
Your hotswap backplanes probably needs to be replaced. In the meantime you can try to powerdown the server and power it up again to see if it boots.
Marco.

Re: LP 2000r
I'd see in Netraid Express Tools if the 1M simply lost the config and then restore it from the drives. This happened to one of my servers after a strange behavior with the power supply.
With Ctrl-M enter Express Tools and go to Configuration / View/Add/Delete. If the config mismatches you should get another window that lets you select the nvram or drives config. Be careful ! Check both, exit with ESC, but DO NOT save any of them unless you are really sure that one is ok !! If one config is empty (all drives are state ready, probably nvram) and the other one has a good config, save the good one and reboot.
Regards, Oliver

Re: LP 2000r
NVRam mismatch normally indicates that that your Netraid card and the hard drives are not showing the same RAID configuration.
resolution for this is at this link:

make sure you look at both the Disk and the NVRAM configs to insure which one is correct before saving.
