Netserver 2000 Win NT OS or hardware problem

Server boots to login screen but, then goes to BSOD.
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED address 8010aa3e has base at 80100000- Ntoskernl.exe

Does memory dump to disk.

Tried last known good boot up...same thing.

Tried to repair NT4 server install. Put in disk 1, OK...Put in disk 2, OK...Choose (r) to repair, put in disk 3, computer locks up with floppy running. Actually, any choice at this screen causes lock up with floppy running.

What would you do at this point?

Thanks.

I would recommend posting this on the MICROSOFT-NT forum. This does look like an OS/software issue.
What server is it?

Maybe this help:
http://www.jsifaq.com/SUBD/tip1800/rh1897.htm
or this:
http://www.windowsitlibrary.com/Content/435/13/2.html
but if you need more help, you have to post "STOP error".
