Netserver E45 Drive Upgrade
I seem to be having a problem using ghost to copy the image on the original 9 gig Hp drive to new Seagate 18Gig drives. They are both LVD, all jumper settings are the same. Shouldn't they work? It hangs immediately after starting to copy the image to the drive. No errors, just locks up. Any suggestions?

Re: Netserver E45 Drive Upgrade
Sounds like a problem with Image. You can not simply make a backup and restore? If not, the other option is to install the OS onto the new drive, put it in the same condition as the original (SP6a for example) then copy everything over the new install. That has worked for us.

Re: Netserver E45 Drive Upgrade
I tried creating several images using fast, High compression, and no compression. Same error. Also tried to ghost drive to drive with the same results. That's why I think it seems to be related to the drive although I've tried 2 drives with the same problem. This has worked flawlessly in the past on other equipment. I guess the backup and restore would be the next best thing.
