Re: Netserver E800 video
This problem is normally caused by some registry keys left by another video card vendor and that need to be deleted.
The error occurs because the windows registry can't be updated. Probably there is some information there of an older video driver.
To fix it, use RegEdit to edit HKLocalMachine,"Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Controls Folder\Display\Shellex\PropertySheetHandlers\"
You will see one or more keys with other names than your current driver. Delete them and desk.cpl starts working again.

Re: Netserver E800 video
Have you tried to reapply your service pack? Maybe this will solve the problem and let you install the driver.

Re: Netserver E800 video
hi
when installing drivers from floppy disk with hp driver, this operation may fail, so you need to apply the folowing workaround
SOLUTION: Copy the two video driver disks to a temporary directory on the hard drive. The ATI video driver can then be successfully installed from the hard drive.
Requirements:
- PC Anywhere is not installed.
- Minimum Service Pack 3 has been applied.
