NetServer LC2000 Reboot Hangs

We have a number of LC2000 NetServers that were installed on different sites at different times during 2001/2002. They run Windows NT4.0 Server and have been scheduled to Reboot at around 2:00am most days during the week using a Shutdown.exe. All works very very well most of the time. However, periodically (at different times) a server will fail to reboot. It will shutdown ok and start to come back up again but will hang during this process. The only way around this is to power cycle the server. This happens on all the servers at varing times. Any ideas greatly received.

John,
I'm concerned about bios version of your servers. What's current version? Please post it here and we'll think further

also, if these lc2000's are connected to a KVM swotch, make sure the KVM firmware is up to date.
