Netserver LH4 NetRaid Driver/Firmware

I am currently getting The device, \Device\ScsiPort0 is not ready for access yet messages in the event log on a Netserver LH4 server running NT4. I would like to upgrade the NetRAID firmware and driver. Having never touched HP servers before is there any documentation on how to do this ? Also how do I find out what is currently installed ?

if you need to update the firmware of the netraid in the LH4, you have to download this file http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/cposupport/swindex.pl?p=hpnetserve10713&l=en&c=BIOS

this file contain all the firmware of the server (the lh4 have an integrated netraid), the fie you download, will create a boot floppy wich will upgrade your system
