Re: Netserver LPR Bois Update Problem
This issue has been discussed in several threads and is always accompanied by more than just the sdredit error. Typically, it starts with a Netserver Management Controller Self-Test failure and has a code like 0080-51, 0090-67.
There are generally 2 things that cause this error in the LPr. One of them is the Remote Management card and will also have a different error message.
The most common one we see, involves doing a manual MMC flash followed by a manual SDREDIT update.
On rare occasions, you can get away with disconnecting all power to the server and holding in the power switch for 10 seconds to drain the power to the management controller and then boot directly to the BIOS update disk.
Reply back with specific details of the error message and we will help you work it out.
