Hi,
I have an Hp netserver LH 3000 server running windows nt 4.0 server and it is PDC. I found aservice running on this server called "Noblenet Portmapper for Tcp"
Can you please help me to find out the owner of this service and can I disable it

When you install Net raid tools ( gui version) it puts this service in. If you are not using Net raid tools remotely then you can disable it or remove it.
