Power Drop on NetServer LC2000R

I have a client with a NetServer LC2000R that shuts off on a regular basis. I know this is not a power issue because this system shares a UPS with another server and that server is recording the UPS events and nothing is happening at the time of the shutdown. I am sure this is not an operating system error or a user who is shutting it down because none of the shutdowns that occur shut down the O/S (Win2K)properly. And I was in the room when it happened twice. I know that there is not a problems with the plastic cover because it has been removed.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I know this will sound stupid, but make sure it has a HP Netserver Keyboard on it, there was a model that had this issue if a NON NetServer keyboard was in use.

Thanks - I will verify that on-site today - Do you know if a KVM switch causes any problems

There is a function called ASR (Automatic Server Restart) that monitor the server activity, if the server is or Seems to be stucked for more than 15 minuts, this agent will restart the server.
Check in the SEL if the event is recorded on that log, or disable the services that is part of the toptools agents
