Problems with netserver management, W2K and Exchage Server

I have a problem with the Netserver management Controler, when my server start up show this error "0080-51 Netserver Manage controler self test Failure". If i try update the firmware o BIOS have the next error "selftest failure sel and/or SDR pointers", this problem do that my operating system, W2k server, cannot stop hpipmssvc service, cannot start the hprevcmp service and the hplpmsvc have the warning 44006. This do that the exchage server do??'t start until this service are quiet, more o less 20 minutes.
I some person have a good idea said me please.
Thanks.

First, try removing all PCI adapters from the system and unplug it for 5 minutes. At this point, power the system on with the latest BIOS diskette in the floppy drive. If the error continues, contact HP support for the fix.

Are you getting an "SDREDIT" error when trying to flash the System BIOS? What HP Netserver do you have?
The MMC (Management Controller) firmware update from HP technical support should fix this problem. Send an email to Netserver support at:
