Reconfig RAID10 on NetRAID-4M

I want to reconfigurate the G drive with two RAID10 on a NetRAID-4M connected to a NetServer LH6000 running WinNT 4.0

Current config
10 PCs of 18GB in RAID10 -> G drive
4 PCs of 74GB in RAID10 -> G drive (Extended)

Want to change to:
10 PCs of 18GB in RAID10 -> G drive
10 PCs of 74GB in RAID10 -> G drive (Extended)

My questions are:
1. How long will it take to extend the container of 4 PCs of 74GB to 10 PCs of 74GB? I don't want to do it on-line. My busy ERP system doesn't allow it.

2. In FAST, the drive letter of the container of the 4 PCs of 74GB RAID10 is shown as "?". Is it possible (safe) to use the function Extend File System of FAST? Or should I add the free space to G drive with Disk Administrator?
