When you get an error message, this procedure recommends booting off the Navigator CD so that a special utility on the CD can check the system error log, display the error message(s) and then list some problem-solving procedures.
Also, see the enclosed GIF file. I believe this is what your hot-swappable power supplies look like? If so, a failure or imminent failure on the power supply fan might be monitored by the system and notifying the event log. I'm not saying this is definitely the reason for the errors, but thought it might be worth you checking to see if the power supply fans are the culprit. In any case, the procedure above should help narrow down the issue.
