TopTools Agent 5.52 % LC3 Netserver
I Instaled TopTools agent 5.52 on LC3 Netserver with Wndows 2000 SP2 AND after this intall the CPU Utilization is 100%.

hi
check in task manager which is the task who keep lot of resources.
usualy the cause can be due to a problem at the managment level.
to solve try to perform a "reset managment"
this can be performed shutting down the server, disconecting power cable, lan cable, serial and parallel cable if connected.
let server without power for a few minut and reboot.
this will clear the managment menory and free up any conflict at that level, so the agents could communicate again with the hardware
