ToTools HPRccSvc agent and CPU utilization

Have two Netserver LXr8500's with TT 5.52. Both run MS SQL server 2000 on W2K Advanced server with SP3. Both have problems with the HPRccSvc using between 25% and 100% CPU at times. Anyone have any ideas on the cause of this?

It looks like the current version of Toptools is 5.6 so hopefully the issue is addressed in the upgrade. I know that early versions of toptools agents also could cause high CPU utilization as well. Are you netserver agents also 5.52?

Yes, both the agents and TT are at 5.52. We are investigating an upgrade and will post back with the results...
