Tower to rack conversation kit

What does mean of Tower to rack conversation kit, how we use it into the server what basic things we require to install it what is the advantage of it.
pls explain in detail

It means, that a tower server (something like a desktop PC) gets some metal things mounted and then it is capable to fit in a rack. There are different kits for the different servers.
