not mounting partitions
Hi,
I have contacted HP support (case 3220398105) and I was told that my AiO600 needed to replace the cache module.
So I got today a HP engineer that replace this module. Suddenly, When the machine rebooted, one partition wasn't mounted (a data partition). After waiting until the battery was charged, still the partition was not mounted. We updated firmware, ACU and diagnostic utility and is not reporting any hardware failure. I can see the disks in the Disk Manager of the MMC console but they don't have even the NTFS format. they simply say "unallocated". anyway we can mount these partitions?
