Using Virtual Replicator on B3000 v2
Hi,
One of our customers has purchased a NAS B3000 v2 w/ no storage (322313-001) together with an 8-port fc switch and an MSA1000 from us. Now NAS B3000 v2 comes with Persistent Storage Manager, instead of Virtual Replicator. As the customer has been using VR on N2400 for dynamic volume expansion (but not snapshot) for a long time, and has developed operation procedures with respect to the VR interface, we're wondering if we can remove PSM, then install VR on the B3000 in order to provide the function of dynamic volume expansion. Does HP support this change?
Thanks!
