Re: e-IRF support?
Hi Malokaff,
Unfortunately as of now there are no plans to add any additional features. The primary aim of the HNS tool is to be a learning tool, not a testing tool, so you will be able to configure many features that you can on a hardware based Comware device, but you won’t be able to run those features (probably everything that needs actions done on the hardware/ASIC), like Multicast routing, VPLS, QinQ, Trill, L2VPN, Layer 2 ACLs, MAC authentication.
Thanks,
Jay

Re: e-IRF support?
Hi,
I'm a bit confused regarding this topic because the command "vcf-port" is avaible but not functional within HNS.

Re: e-IRF support?
Hi,
All the Comware commands are availabe and configurable on HNS, but not all of them will function. ANything that is based on ASIC won't work. HNS is a simulator, not an enulator.
Thanks,
Jay
