total training for microsoft ASP.NET 2.0

Hi everyone,

I would just like to know why the total training CD for microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 is not running properly? (Windows XP SP2 w/ AMD machine and Windows Vista machine)

The video is delayed when playing this CD in Vista.

can anyone give me all the prerequisites in running this CD properly?
