11iv3 cold install hung on rx8640

Appreciate any help.
HP-UX 11iv3 cold install on free hard disk hung after the half of filesets are installed.

MP Event Log show:

Starting HP-UX 11iv2 was normal and now is working on that machine 5 Oracle databases without errors...thanks, Toomas

Hi,

You have some memory related hardware issue on the cell board. Involve HP to analyse the logs and replace the failed hardware.

Have you checked total amount of memory before and now in the 11iV2 ?

you have a HW problem, you lost part of your memory.

PS : call to HP for HW support or boot ofline diagnostic cd and make memory check if you have a password for this ( HP confidential )

Before was 64GB and now 41GB.

Previously your memory was 64 GB and now it is 41 GB.So It is basically memry problem in your server.Invole Hp to analyse this.
