a problem about CDE
customer complain that their cde will logoff automatically,so it is very boring,how can i solve the problem?

There are multiple possibilities.
Do they have a setting of varibale? TMOUT
If set, it will log out of a session after after certain time of inactivity on keyborad. The value is in seconds.
Do you have a firewall in between? It could be a setting on it.

Does it actually log off, or does it lock the screen? If it's a screen lock, you can disable this in the CDE screen options.
