There are a lot of common parts between the two servers.

Before doing the swap, look up the server at http://partsurfer.hp.com to make sure it works.

Or you can look at the power supply and check the part number. It its the same go ahead, if not, Don't do it, find the correct part on ebay.

I used the URLs you posted from part surfer and created smaller URLs at http://tinyurl.com/ so that the longer URLs would not blow up the page. Hope that helps.
