about the vmstat message
using vmstat can know virtual memory statistics,but how to know the usage of the virtual memory \ real memory \free memory(in MB)?

Try TOP Command so that it illustrates Real,Virtual memory space.
Other choice try GLANCE tool

use dmesg, report the following message:
physical:4194304K lockable 3225764K available 3705848
but use top report the following
memory: 1335800K(277508K) real 2438908K(404128K) virtual 51696K free page # 1/30
what's mean and why?
