aC++ Installation
We have purchased HPUX11 with appliaction software. There have been Five disks given to us. There has been no instllation manual associated with it. There is a guide but it is not opening on any of our machines saying dosen't start with %pdf.
We found aC++ directory in one of the five CDs but it was not having any contents.
Can anyone help me to tell me how to install a particular patch.
thanks
Prashun Gupta

Re: aC++ Installation
You can download all the manuals from docs.hp.com. The install is easy. I think your problem is that you have not obtained your codeword from HP. If you have not then do so.
If you have the codeword then
1) mount the CD
2) swinstall
3) select the source /cdrom
4) Actions->Add New Codeword
You should then be able to mark and install aC++.

If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
