Hi,
Mossimo's got it.
You are looking for xhost.
If this message is global to all users, you can also check /etc/profile
In you users home directory, .profile (as said) and .dtprofile
xhost is run to allow or deny exporting of the display.

Hi
There must be xhost + entry ,if you want to give specific user access to get xterm ,
xhost + name to add the entry,here name can be hostname or user name will have acess to export the x windows terms
