Accessing SAM for users

since upgrading for Y2K SAM for users can not be accessed I get the following
message

UNEXPECTED EXIT: process LANG=CC LC_ALL=C /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p 8790 -s
users /usr/sam/lib//ug.ui exited with a non-zero exit status.

sh: 8903 Bus error

Can anyone help!

Summary: 10.20 when accessing user at sam, error: unexpected exit process
lang=c=lc_all=c /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p 3118 -s users
/usr/sam/lib/ug.ui exit with a non zero exit status.
Can happen after installing recent Y2K patch(Sept29/98) on trusted system.

Solution: normally solved after installing patch PHCO_16344. known problem, now
superceeded by PHCO_19046.
