To set/change acl on files
#chacl (user.group,mode) file

lsacl will list the acls.

if you are planning to do this on a particular file in an HFS F/S then do the following:

chacl (owner,group,other) filename

if you are doing it for all filenames you can use a wildcard in place of the filename to specify all files.
