I need to remove ALTIRIS SWagent from one of the HP-UX server which is in cluster with another server.
Can you please guide me to perform above task........

Can you be more briefly describe this that through SAM how should I do. I tried to see Altiris software installed on server by issuing swlist but it did not show anything.......can you please help me out with this.........

You really should check the Altiris documentation. There should be something that describes the uninstall/removal process.

SolutionAltiris is installed via swinstall only in your setup you can remove it through swremove
check it with swlist -l bundle |grep -i Altris.
You will get the results :-)

Thanks a lot for your reply.......but nothing was coming when I have greped Altiris in the output of swinstall as it was not with the name of Altiris.

removing ALTRIS is not like standard software remove command in HP or Solaris
they have special commands for install and remove better to contact Vendor they will provide the commands do not play with any of HP-UX command
