an ignite install question

Hi all,

we have a C100 server with some memory and one or two disks running HP-UX 11.00.

and we like to migrate this systeme on a J2240 server with more memory and more disks using an ignite network backup made on the C100 server.

Is it possible ??

Hi,

it's possible using make_net_recovery or make_tape_recovery. make sure that machine C100 is applied with recent HWE1100 patches (which is bundled in support plus CD)
