Assertion failed: __thread_init == NULL

Following the thread

looks like a patch has been developed for the compiler. Can someone please let me know what is the patch id?
The patch has been developed for PA-RISC or Itanium?
Which version of the compiler already has the patch on which architecture (itanium or pa-risc)?
