We use rp4440 servers and HP-UX 11.11 (11i v1).
We want all users to be audited.
Is there a comandline "comand" to set per user auditing "ON" and if so what command?

Re: audit on for new users with comandline command?
I'm not aware of a command line HPUX that would adhoc auditing of the users.
BUT...there are some third party software out there that does do auditing on an adhoc basis. Not to be advertising any particular vendor, but we use Symarks Powerbroker for doing this kind of monitoring. http://www.symark.com

Re: audit on for new users with comandline command?
That's what we wanted to know.
Thanks for your help.
The system is trusted but new users are all "audit=no" users. Only the users who where on the system while we made it trusted are all set to "audet=yes".
Now we can script to do the trick automatic after adding a user.
Or should a user normaly after added to a system set to "audit=yes"?
