what should i do to solve this problem?
The server is rx2620.
OS hp-ux 11.23.

Do you have space issue on any of the root filesystem?
You can boot into single user mode and mount all the root filesystem and check. If any filesystem full free up space by deleting unwanted files and reboot again.
