Auditing - File system full

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to disable auditing if the file system which the audit files are in gets full. This way the system wont hang if a command cannot be audited. I know this is a setting in Solaris, but I can't find the same idea on HPUX.

Current setup:
HPUX v11.11
rp7420
log files going to a separate FS, mounted to /.secure
Archiving script running to clean up older logs (but sometimes this can fail, and that is where the problem is)

Thanks for you help,
Steve.

Steve,

You have acctresume and acctsuspend kernel parameters that can be used to acheive your goal.
