auto_parms.log Error
On boot, we are logging the following in out /etc/auto_parms.log
Dec 11 01:35:14: Information: /sbin/auto_parms execution was stopped.
Dec 11 01:35:14: /sbin/auto_parms may only execute from /sbin/rc during
Dec 11 01:35:14: the initial transition from run level 'S' ( see init(1M) ).
This box isn't using DHCP, i.e.
/etc/rc.config.d/netconf contains the setting
DHCP_ENABLE[0]=0
Can you tell us what might be causing the error?

Re: auto_parms.log Error
These msgs in the /etc/auto_parms.log unfortunately don't tell us much.
What version of HPUX are you running? Has the machine been
- recently installed or patched
- doing this just lately, or always
- spitting out any other errors to the console at boot time?
